SoGeHo – Société de Gestion Hôtelière is a family-owned management company run by the Scharf family. The CEO is Jean-Maurice Scharf, while his son, Jean-Pascal Scharf, is the Managing Director. The company brings together different services for the hotels, including sales, marketing, acquisitions, accounting and human resources. Using flexibility as a guideline, our global vision adapts to the identity of each of our establishments.

A little bit of history…
1986: Acquisition of a bourgeois building dating from the 19th century in the city center of Strasbourg and its transformation into a 4-star hotel (Régent Contades)
1988: Opening of the Régent Contades ****
1990: Acquisition of the former factory buildings of the Strasbourg ice stores and their transformation into a 4-star hotel (Régent Petite France)
1992: Opening of the Régent Petite France ****
2007: Acquisition of the buildings forming the Cour du Corbeau, a former 16th century hostellerie and subsequent renovations
2009: Opening of the Cour du Corbeau ****
2009: Project start of the Les Haras hotel creation in association with IRCAD
2011: Acquisition of the Grand Hotel ***, located opposite the railway station
2013: Opening of the Les Haras hotel ****
2013: Opening of the spa Ô fil de l’eau at the Régent Petite France & Spa
2014: Award of the fifth star for the Régent Petite France & Spa
2014: Acquisition of the Best Western Grand Hôtel Bristol ****, located opposite the railway station in Colmar
2015: Opening of the Pavillon Régent Petite France in the former Napoleonic Baths, opposite the Régent Petite France & Spa
2016: Renovation work undertaken at the Cour du Corbeau to enlarge 6 rooms
2016: Renovation work undertaken at the Régent Petite France & Spa to create a Presidential Suite
2016: Acquisition of the former Banque Populaire buildings located rue du 22 Novembre and their transformation into a new-generation hotel (BOMA)
2017: Opening of BOMA hotel
2018: Acquisition of the Kyriad Colmar Centre Gare hotel, located 500 meters from the train station and the old town of Colmar
